First & Second Appointments: What to Expect
We don’t require anything from you to begin outside of completing a form that includes your insurance/financing and medical history. You can do this prior to or on your first visit.
Overall, the first appointment takes about 30 minutes as we have a consultation, a physical examination, and then take X-rays.
The second appointment is a similar length and includes a visual review of your X-rays and a discussion of care plan options and your health goals. Once a trajectory is set, you will have your first adjustment.
Customizing Care to Meet Your Needs & Goals
After the second visit, each subsequent appointment should take 10-15 minutes.
If you are doing our recommended maintenance and preventative care, you may come in weekly, bimonthly, or as infrequently as just once a month.
Care that addresses an active complaint or injury typically includes more regular visits, but the frequency varies depending on the issue. We customize all care plans based on your individual needs and goals.
